Piccolo and his newest student Saru, last of the female Sayians.
Long story short she grew up on Namek and they fall in love.

Edit: I plan on redoing this, I drew Piccolo to low on the paper, so hes shorter than he should be, and Saru is a little to bid too, the perspective is off.
